We’re excited to share some important updates to your Connect & Stay subscription that will enhance your experience!
Important: No action is required on your part, but please do not make any updates to your guide or properties on Monday, October 21, 2024, as changes won’t be saved. Your guide and QR codes will remain live for guests without any errors or downtime.
Here’s what you can expect with the upcoming changes:
Map Feature Update: You’ll now be able to search for specific restaurants and activities to display on your map. You can categorise them as activities, shops, restaurants ect. The map will provide details like address, opening hours, website, phone number, and reviews, all linked to the relevant Google listing. You can also add custom descriptions and recommendations on each listing if desired. Plus, with our connection to Google, all information will stay up-to-date, reducing your workload. We’ll migrate your current guide’s data to this new map, so you don’t have to do anything!
New Text Editor: We’ve upgraded to a new text editor that looks better and offers more font options to match your brand. This should resolve any previous glitching issues.
